How do I send my mattress back?
If after talking to our Customer Care team it is deemed the product was faulty under the SleepMaker warranty conditions, SleepMaker will organise a pick-up of your mattress and a refund of your purchase price.

Does Just Sleep offer a product warranty?
SleepMaker manufacture Just Sleep mattresses right here in Australia, so we know they're a good quality mattress. Because of this, we're able to offer a 5 year warranty on all Just Sleep mattresses.
